What is a smoothie meal replacement? They are delicious blended drinks that are easy, quick, portable, convenient and packed full of all the protein and nutrients that you need. They can even help you work toward weight loss or weight maintenance. Do you skip meals because they are too much work or you didn’t plan for them?
