Peanut Butter Moringatein Smoothie
This is a delicious protein and nutrient packed smoothie for a complete and easy meal replacement that is delicious for the whole family.
- 1 cup of vanilla yogurt (you can substitute with plain or Greek yogurt)
- 1 cup of 2% milk (you can substitute with skim milk)
- ½ cup of ice cubes
- ½-1 whole frozen banana (your preference)
- 1-2 scoops of Moringatein powder (your preference)
- 2 generous tablespoons of natural peanut butter (you can substitute with almond butter)
- 2 tablespoons of Quaker Oats (you can substitute with wheat germ)
Blend at high speed until smooth. Serve in a chilled glass and enjoy!
